What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: anonymous usage analytics (page views, tool usage counts), the files you upload while a tool is processing them, and—if you create an account—your email address. We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment details for free tools.
What we do NOT do
We do not read the contents of your files. We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing. We do not use your files to train AI models. We do not show personalized ads based on your file contents.
How your files are handled
Whenever a tool needs to upload your file to a server, we follow these rules:
- All transfers use HTTPS encryption end-to-end.
- Files are stored only as long as needed to process them, and are automatically deleted within 1 hour.
- Many tools (image, video, PDF) run entirely in your browser — your file never leaves your device.
Cookies and local storage
We use a minimal set of cookies and browser local storage to remember your language preference and any in-progress work in a tool. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. If you have an account, you can delete it at any time from the account settings page. For free tool users with no account, there is nothing to delete on our side after the 1-hour file expiry.
