Always Free Tools provides a collection of free online utilities for working with PDFs, images, video, audio, spreadsheets, and documents. Most tools run entirely in your browser; some use server-side processing for heavy operations.
Free tools and fair use
All tools labelled "Free" can be used for personal and commercial purposes at no charge. To keep the service available for everyone, we apply soft fair-use limits on file size and request rate. Abuse (automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, mass-uploading without using the tool) may result in temporary blocks.
What you may not do
You may not use Always Free Tools to:
- Process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's rights.
- Attempt to attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Resell, rebrand, or wrap our tools as your own commercial product without permission.
Your content
Files you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership over the content you process. We do not share your files with third parties and delete them automatically within 1 hour.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep tools working correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect output for every file. Always keep a backup of important documents.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
