Open the Merge PDF tool
Go to the Merge PDF tool from the PDF Tools menu, or click the button at the bottom of this guide.

Add your PDF files
Click the upload area or drag and drop your PDF files into it. You can add as many files as you need — there's no hard limit on the number of documents.

Reorder if needed
Drag the file thumbnails to put them in the order you want them merged. The first file in the list will be at the top of the final PDF.

Merge and download
Click "Merge" and wait a few seconds. Your combined PDF will download automatically — the original files are never modified or stored.
Pro tips
- All processing happens in your browser, so even confidential contracts stay on your device.
- If your PDFs have different page sizes, the merged file preserves each page exactly as it was.
- Need to merge only specific pages? Use the Extract Pages tool first, then merge the extracts.
